A public grievance monitoring system software has been implemented to monitor the prima-facie genuine and critical petitions. A unique registration number is given and dead line for compliance by concerned officer is adhered. Copy of grievance with specific instructions is sent on the vary day with a formatted forwarded letter seeking compliance by due date. Response of concerned officer is fed in the software and after examination by ADM, petition along with reply is put up before collector for final orders.
