Old Age Pensions
All persons of 60 years and above (belonging to below the poverty line) are eligible for the scheme.The pension amount is Rs. 500 per month to per person and Rs. 750 per month for person aged more than 75 years.
Eligibility Criteria
- The age of the applicant (male or female) shall be 60 years or higher. >
- The applicant should be belonging to a household living below poverty line (BPL family) according to the criteria prescribed by the Government of India.
- Destitute persons who don't have any kind of source of income can also avail this pension facility.
